  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the vacuum or accessories in their original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
